International Sauna Congress 2026 brings the entire global sauna community together in Oslo, Norway, 24th–26th September. As the Norwegian Sauna Society, we're building bridges between the UK and Norway — and we want YOU to be part of it.

🎟️ Prize: 1 free ticket to International Sauna Congress 2026 in Oslo

What your ticket includes:

Each congress ticket costs 550 euros until 15th June, 2026* (incl. taxes and fees), and includes the following:

• Grand opening and reception in Oslo City Hall with refreshments and light snacks

• Shuttle from Oslo City Hall to The Well

• Entrance to exclusive opening night at The Well on Thursday evening

• Admission to all congress sessions, panels, and talks over 2 days

• Access to SALT’s sauna and plunge facilities as part of the event program

• Refreshments, snacks and lunch on each full congress day (2 days)

Evening events Friday (Floating Sauna Night) and Saturday (Badstufest at SALT) can be added to your ticket at checkout for a small fee.

Flights and accommodation are not included and must be booked separately.

*On June 15th, ticket price increases by 50 euros.
