What kind of ticket you can get:

• Standard congress ticket (600 euro)

• Congress day pass - Friday (350 euro)

• Congress day pass - Saturday (350 euro)

• Digital ticket (89 euro)

What your standard congress ticket includes:

Each congress ticket costs 600 euros (incl. taxes and fees), and includes the following:

• Opening ceremony and reception in Oslo City Hall with refreshments and light snacks

• Bus transportation to The Well Thursday evening

• Entrance to The Well on Thursday evening

• Admission to all congress sessions, panels, and talks

• Access to SALT’s sauna facilities as part of the event program

• Refreshments, snacks and lunch on each full congress day (2 days)

Flights and accommodation are not included and must be booked separately. Information regarding accommodation options can be found here.

What your congress day pass ticket includes:

Each congress day pass costs 350 euro (incl. taxes and fees) and includes the following:

• Admission to all congress sessions, panels, and talks on the day shown in the pass (Friday OR Saturday)

• Access to SALT’s sauna facilities as part of the event program

• Refreshments, snacks and lunch on the congress day of attendance (1 day)

Tickets for evening events are purchased separately at checkout.

Friday September 25th: Floating Sauna Night in Oslo - SOLD OUT
Enjoy an atmospheric evening on Oslo’s waterfront with floating saunas and communal bathing in the harbour. This social sauna experience has limited capacity. 

Saturday September 26th: Badstufest at SALT, the official closing night
Celebrate the conclusion of the congress with a festive sauna party at SALT. The evening features music, social sauna sessions, and sauna rituals in a lively and celebratory atmosphere.

You may also add an optional donation to Sauna Aid at checkout to support sauna related projects worldwide.

Digital tickets:

This ticket gives you digital access to the International Sauna Congress 2026 streaming of presentations and recordings. The link and access codes will be shared before the event by email (email addresses and names will be shared with the streaming provider).

If you already have a Standard Congress Ticket, the recordings will be shared with you after the congress is completed.
