Thursday September 24th

Arrive at Oslo City Hall at 13:00 to clear security and check-in in good time for the Grand Opening. Make sure you have your QR code ready, it’s found on your ticket emailed to you in the final days before the congress.

Get ready for the grand opening at Oslo City Hall, in the same, majestic room as the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded every year.
We’ll take a deep dive into Norwegian badstue culture and experience world class cultural entertainment, followed by a reception hosted by the Mayor of Oslo.

Buses are waiting for everyone outside Oslo City Hall, and will take us to The Well. Buses leave as soon as they are full.

All congress participants are invited to enjoy a full night at The Well, the largest and most comprehensive spa in the Nordics, with numerous saunas, pools and showers in and around a lush forest. There will be entertainment and sauna rituals, and the restaurant and bar are open.
Transportation will be provided for all participants from Oslo City Hall to The Well, and there will be return buses to Oslo city center through the night:
The first return bus departs at 22:00, regardless of how full it is.
Subsequent buses depart when full.
The last bus departs at 23:30. The spa closes at 23:00. Make sure to leave time to check out and pay before getting on the bus.
Friday September 25th

Make sure to arrive in time for the first speakers, we’ll have your coffee ready.

Get ready to experience the iconic floating sauna villages of the Oslo fjord, in cooperation with Oslo Sauna Association, Pust and KOK.
Sauna slots and schedule is emailed to all participants. -
We gather at Sukkerbiten, in between all the floating sauna villages, just outside the Oslo Opera House, for a night full of sauna friendships and good vibes.
Doors open at 18:00, and our fantastic DJs are playing from 19:00 till 23:00.
Tent saunas are hot from 19:00, so make sure to bring your sauna wear!Bars and food trucks are open throughout the night.
Saturday September 26th

On the final night of the congress, we invite you to Badstufest at Sukkerbiten with music, food, drinks, sauna and hundreds of fellow sauna enthusiasts.
Doors open at 18:00, food is served from 19:00 and a short but important closing ceremony will be held at around 19:30.
Our sauna tent village is hot from 19:00, and from 20:30–22:00, Badstufest guests will also have the opportunity to experience Oslo Sauna Association’s 14 floating saunas at Sukkerbiten on a first come, first served basis.
DJ stops playing at 23:00 and the party ends at midnight. Now is your chance to experience Oslo by night!Note: Badstufest requires a separate ticket.
