Thursday September 24th

Get ready for the grand opening at Oslo City Hall, in the same, majestic room as the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded every year.
We’ll take a deep dive into Norwegian badstue culture and experience world class cultural entertainment, followed by a reception hosted by the Lord Mayor of Oslo, Anne Lindboe.

All congress participants are invited to enjoy a full night at The Well, the largest and most comprehensive spa in the Nordics, with numerous saunas, pools and showers in and around a lush forest.
Transportation will be provided for all participants from Oslo City Hall to The Well.
Friday September 25th

Saunas will be open through the day.

Get ready for a full night exploring the iconic floating sauna villages of the Oslo fjord, in cooperation with Oslo Sauna Association and KOK.
