What Is the Digital Ticket?
The Digital Ticket gives you access to a live stream from the opening on Thursday 24th September, and the parallel themed stages 25th - 26th September. Instead of walking through the doors to find your chair, you'll tune in live to talks and panel discussions as they happen. It's the same ideas, the same speakers, the same global sauna conversation — just from your own screen.

What Happens After You Buy
Once your purchase is confirmed, here's what to expect:
Your live stream link. You'll receive a personal link to the email given when purchasing, so you can access the live stream of the congress sessions as they happen on 24–26 September. It gives access to four streams - one for Thursday, and one for each of the three themes on Friday and Saturday. You will also receive a link to access recordings of all sessions at a later time.
Already have a congress ticket?
All in-person congress participants will receive a link to the full session recordings afterward. So even if you are attending the congress, and can't catch every talk live, you still have a chance to watch it later.
