A Harvia-led study, conducted in collaboration with the University of Jyväskylä and the Finnish Institute of High-Performance Sport (KIHU), examined how temperature and relative humidity influence the body during Finnish sauna bathing.

Published in the peer-reviewed journal Temperature, it is the most comprehensive study of its kind to simultaneously measure changing conditions inside the sauna and the human body's response.
