Press Accreditation for XIX International Sauna Congress in Oslo

The XIX International Sauna Congress (ISC26) comes to Oslo, Norway, 24th–26th September 2026 — and we are inviting international journalists and content creators to apply for press accreditation.
About the Congress
The International Sauna Congress is the world's foremost gathering for sauna culture, research, and industry. ISC26 will bring together sauna enthusiasts, researchers, wellness professionals, and industry leaders from around the world for several days of talks, experiences, and exchange in one of sauna's most passionate new markets. Norway's sauna scene has grown rapidly in recent years, set against a backdrop of fjords, mountains, islands, and valleys that make it one of the most compelling places on earth to explore sauna culture.
What accreditation includes
Up to 10 accredited journalists will receive free access to the Congress program. Please note that the Badstufest — our Saturday evening closing celebration — is not included in press accreditation and tickets must be purchased separately.
Who we are looking for
We welcome applications from journalists, writers, and content creators working across print, digital, broadcast, and podcast formats. We are particularly interested in applicants who:
Have previously published work on sauna, health, wellness, culture, lifestyle, or travel
Work across a variety of languages and markets — we are actively looking for international coverage beyond the Nordic countries
Already have a confirmed or likely agreement with an outlet to publish content produced at or in connection with the Congress
Sauna press trip to Norway
The ISC26 organising committee is currently working on arranging a dedicated press trip to sauna destinations around Norway in conjunction with the Congress. Accredited journalists may be invited to participate. Further details will be shared with successful applicants.
