We marked six months to go until the International Sauna Congress 2026 — a global gathering celebrating sauna culture, innovation, research, and community. People joined from more than 9 different countries all over the world.
Some of the speakers from the program were announced, we heard from our sponsors and received a warm welcome to Oslo, the floating sauna capital!
